Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of SEVN, operated by Beautech AI (“we”, “us”). By using SEVN you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the app.
1. Eligibility
SEVN is for people 18 years or older. By using SEVN you confirm you are 18+. We may remove any account we believe belongs to someone under 18.
2. The service
SEVN is an anonymous, topic-based social service for meeting people. You post short 2-second clips of your real life (live-captured or picked from your photo library), send and receive invites, and chat with mutual matches — everyone identified only by an emoji. Topics posts are deleted 48 hours after posting, or when replaced. Where available in your city, SEVN also forms anonymous nightly Match Night circles. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
3. Acceptable use — zero tolerance for objectionable content
You agree not to post, send, or share content, or behave in ways, that are:
- sexually explicit, nude, or pornographic;
- harassing, threatening, hateful, or that bully or demean others;
- violent, dangerous, or that promote self-harm;
- illegal, fraudulent, or that infringe others’ rights;
- any content that sexualises, endangers, or exploits minors (see our Child Safety Standards).
We operate a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. Every clip is screened by automated moderation before anyone can see it, and you can report or block any user. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, and we act on reports within 24 hours.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the clips and messages you create. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, moderate, and display your content within the app for the purpose of operating SEVN. Because of the 24-hour purge, your clips are not stored long-term.
5. Privacy and anonymity
SEVN is anonymous by design — see our Privacy Policy. Don’t attempt to de-anonymise, track, or harass other users, on or off the app.
6. Accounts and termination
You’re responsible for your account and your conduct. You can delete your account any time in Settings → Delete my account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or harm other users or the service.
7. Disclaimers
SEVN is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee you’ll be matched, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. You’re responsible for your interactions with other people; meet new people safely.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beautech AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of SEVN.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
