Child Safety Standards

SEVN is an 18+ only service and has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and any content that sexualises, endangers, or exploits minors. This page sets out our standards against child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and CSAE, in line with Google Play’s and Apple’s requirements for apps with user-generated content.

Our standards

• Adults only. SEVN requires every user to be 18 or older. We age-gate at signup and remove any account we believe belongs to a minor.
• Prohibited content and conduct. CSAM, grooming, sextortion, and any sexualisation of minors are strictly forbidden and will be removed immediately.
• Proactive moderation. Every clip and photo is screened by automated moderation for unsafe content before it can be seen by anyone on SEVN.
• Easy reporting and blocking. Users can report or block anyone in the app. Reports are reviewed and acted on within 24 hours.

How we respond

• We remove violating content and accounts, and preserve relevant evidence as required by law.
• We report apparent child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or local law enforcement, as required.
• We cooperate with law enforcement investigations.
